The Smoking Treatment Center is a partnership between the Smoking Cessation Trust and Imperial Health to offer free smoking cessation products and services to those who smoke in Southwest Louisiana. The Smoking Treatment Center was founded by and is under the medical direction of family medicine physician Dr. Steve Springer.
